Ankunft in Girona. Dort wurden wir von den Spaniern in Empfang genommen und haben unseres 1. spanisches Essen gegessen. Nach einem kurzem Spaziergang am Strand, wurden wir vom Direktor, in der Schule, begrüßt und danach von den Gasteltern abgeholt.
The first day in Catalonia for the German students. We went to the airport at 7:00h a.m. and they arrived at 9:00h a.m. Then we went to Platja d’Aro all together, we visited the beach and some shops. We had lunch at Viena’s restaurant. Even though it was a rainy day we had a good time. We arrived at the high school where the headmaster was waiting for us. Sergi and Fermí introduced the sports tournament. At 5:00 p.m. everyone went home with their families.
The first day we felt excited, nervous to know our partners at the airport, but then after some hours things changed and we broke the ice and had a good time in Platja d'Aro.
On the first day, we were a little bit nervous because we stayed for the first time with our partners and sometimes we didn't know what what to say... But it was a fantastic experience!
